Service Caption:
- Rental price includes internet, able and service fee without agent.
- Rental price listed above is cash price, will given receipt.
- Room maintenance will be provided four times per month (once per week).

- Over six months lease requires two month rent as deposit
- Electricity fee will be NT$5/degree and will be billed at check out.
- At lease signing, lease bring passport or citizen I. D. card, also fill out resident information sheet.
- Early check in will be charged one more dally rent. Late check out before 2:00pm will be charged NT1000, after 2:00pm will be charged one more dally rent. Please notify US when you reserve the room.
